Eat to Thrive

You will learn how to use food to boost energy, improve immune system, improve longevity and reduce the risk of chronic disease. If you are living with a current medical condition (such as high cholesterol) will learn how to use specific food to improve or reduce symptoms, improve health outcomes and complement current medical intervention.

Overview of what you can expect during sessions

Building a strong foundations

  • Focus on key diet and lifestyle habits that promote good health (balanced meals, quality or food, antioxidant rich foods etc)
  • Identify habits that have contributed to the current state of health (for better or worse)
  • Identify areas in the diet that would benefit from change
  • Address specific nutrition challenges

Address specific health conditions

  • Discover which foods can slow or reverse the progression of disease.
  • Discover a holistic approach to the management of health (mind-body connection)
  • Conditions that may benefit from nutritional therapy include (but are not limited to):
  • Adrenal fatigue
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • I.B.S
  • Inflammatory disease
