When it comes to improving your health, you need to look at your foundation. Your foundation is a sum of all the little things that you do on a daily basis that can influence your current state of health. Building a strong foundation starts with balance. By providing your body with the key nutrients that you need in the right amounts, you are able to take your health to the next level and it doesn’t have to be complicated!

My mission is to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make simple food and lifestyle changes which will transform your health and help you to live life to the fullest.

This is my first video blog, so I’d love your constructive feedback. A little side note…I do add more to my smoothies than just avocado and spinach 😉
