Weight Management

The number of sessions you book will depend on your current state of health, your knowledge of nutrition and your readiness to make changes to your diet and lifestyle. Each session you will learn a step-by-step approach to building a strong foundation for health and together we will set specific, achievable goals which will help to form new (life-long) habits.

You will discover a holistic approach to weight loss/management which includes identifying road blocks and other areas of life that inhibit healthy choices and behavior. Once the fundamentals of ‘building a strong foundation’ have been covered, meal planning, stress management, chronic disease prevention and other specific topics (as identified by you) will be covered.

  • Identify habits that have contributed to the current state of health (for better or worse)
  • Addressing common weigh loss ‘myths’ and general confusion surrounding weight loss
  • Identify areas in the diet that would benefit from change (including but not limited to)

  • Build a ‘tool kit’ of Apps, recipes and support network to maintain newly developed habits
